Epic Cupid Analyst (Clinical Applications Professional III)

Call Quest Solution is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst to support cardiology service lines. The role involves design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of clinical applications, requiring deep functional expertise in Epic Cupid and Epic Radiant.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and implement Epic Cupid and Radiant functionality
Serve as the primary application support contact for cardiology-related systems
Analyze and document clinical workflows, operational requirements, and information flow
Prepare detailed specifications, including risk and impact analysis
Configure applications, build and populate databases/tables, and manage system setup
Conduct system testing, validation, and release impact analysis
Support new Epic releases and recommend workflow or configuration changes
Develop internal documentation, procedures, and change control processes
Create user training materials and train end users
Provide 7x24 support during training, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing operations
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with IT and clinical teams

Required

Epic Cupid Certification
Epic Radiant Certification
Strong Epic Cupid background, including: Implementation, Build, Testing, Go-live and post-production support
Experience supporting Epic Radiant
Ability to participate in on-call rotation for Cupid and Radiant
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, documentation requirements, and practice standards
Experience working directly with clinicians and operational stakeholders
Proven ability to analyze workflows, policies, and procedures and translate them into system design
Strong troubleshooting and end-user support experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make decisions independently and collaboratively
Comfort working in fast-paced clinical environments
Passion for helping users adopt and effectively use technology
Local candidates only (San Francisco, CA)
Onsite work is mandatory
