Responsibilities
Performs approved repairs and overhauls on aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems and mechanical components
Maintains proper documentation of all work activities and maintains a clean and organized work station
Observes Company safety rules, regulations and consistently practices good housekeeping. Reports or corrects any unsafe conditions and practices
Communicates effectively with supervisors, peers and others
Is self-motivated and reliable
Completes other duties as assigned
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming and outgoing parts to determine serviceability or reparability in accordance with approved technical data
Ensure all work is done correctly to the technical manuals
Qualification
Required
Experience in overhaul and repair of aviation oil coolers, fuel heaters, hydraulic and fuel valves
Familiarity with CMM and technical data
Ability to perform approved repairs and overhauls on aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems and mechanical components
Ability to maintain proper documentation of all work activities and maintain a clean and organized work station
Observance of Company safety rules, regulations and consistent practice of good housekeeping
Effective communication skills with supervisors, peers and others
Self-motivated and reliable
Ability to complete other duties as assigned
