Responsibilities
Job duties include but are not limited to processing various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process incoming payment transactions
Oversee vendor collections, follow up on delinquent accounts
Post lender funding and wire deposits
Billing car deals, wholesales & dealer trade paperwork
Prepare reports as requested by management
Assist with month end closing
Qualification
Required
Have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
Ability to handle responsibilities independently, with minimum supervision
Familiarity with accounting computer software program
Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office
Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with them
Preferred
Motorcycle or Automotive dealership experience is preferred
