Responsibilities
Lead SEO strategy across large, multi-site platforms
Define and enforce SEO requirements during design and development
Own:
+ Technical SEO architecture
+ Indexation strategy
+ Structured data/schema implementation
+ International SEO (hreflang)
Collaborate with developers on:
+ Page speed optimization
+ Core Web Vitals
+ Crawlability
Oversee content migration SEO planning and redirect strategies
Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
Provide ongoing SEO guidance to editors and content teams
Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SEO experience with enterprise or high-traffic websites
Strong technical SEO background
Experience working with CMS platforms
Proven success improving organic visibility at scale
Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
SEO experience with government websites
Experience with AI-driven search optimization
Familiarity with structured data at scale
