Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads, schedule showings, and develop relationships with buyers and sellers
Conduct strategy sessions with buyers and sellers to win buyer representation agreements and listing agreements
Manage your pipeline daily utilizing our CRM and follow-up systems - stay in touch with clients who are ready to transact in the next 90 days, and consistently stay in touch & add value to long-term nurture clients
Conduct negotiations, visual inspections, walk-throughs, and closings
