The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data within the cold storage and distribution network to drive performance improvement and enhance customer service.

Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement in distribution and storage operations
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support labor management, inventory accuracy, and cost reduction initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to lead problem-solving activities and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and customer service
Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy processes; monitor key metrics impacting distribution center and network costs
Utilize project management tools to define requirements, track progress, and communicate results effectively
Participate in continuous improvement processes (e.g., DMS) and contribute to the development of communication boards and KPI tracking
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, food safety requirements, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, logistics, or distribution operations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with dashboarding/statistical tools
Demonstrated experience writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases
Ability to interpret complex data, detect trends, and present actionable insights to diverse audiences
Effective communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehousing processes
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
Preferred
bachelor's degree preferred
experience with ERP or WMS systems a plus
