HubSpot Administrator

Viewrail is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to thrive in a team environment, utilizing expertise in the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of their HubSpot CRM. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the platform effectively supports business processes across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient HubSpot solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing
Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM architecture, including custom objects, properties, workflows (automations), and data relationships
Collaborate with developers to define requirements for maintaining and improving key HubSpot integrations
Develop automated workflows, sequences, lifecycles across sales, marketing, and account management
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, and scope to translate them into technical specifications in order to solve business problems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to HubSpot functionality and integrations
Manage licensing, user access, permissions, and security settings
Monitor and optimize HubSpot to ensure a clean and easy to use environment experience
Provide training and support to end users on HubSpot functionality
Manage and maintain all HubSpot environments (sandbox environments, and production)
Create and maintain technical documentation regarding HubSpot as needed
Stay current with HubSpot platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
Contribute to task estimation efforts
Operate in an Agile SAFe methodology
All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Demonstrated (2-3yrs) hands-on experience administering and configuring HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
Proven ability to design and implement complex HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation logic
Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and custom object relationships in HubSpot
Understanding of data hygiene and CRM best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to translate business requirements into HubSpot configurations
Capacity to apply critical thinking and an analytical mindset to solve problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Agile framework experience

Preferred

3+ years experience in HubSpot configuration, maintenance, and solution creation
Experience as a Business Analyst is beneficial
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Github Actions) is a plus
HubSpot certifications are not required but are a plus (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, or CRM Implementation certifications)
