Client Support - Associate
EPITEC is seeking an Onsite IT Support Associate for their Fife, WA site. The role involves managing technical support needs, overseeing new hire onboarding, and addressing technical issues through an internal ticketing system.

Responsibilities
Manage technical support needs onsite
Oversee new hire onboarding and issue laptops
Replace hardware and perform software updates
Maintain onsite printers and troubleshoot issues
Provide support via internal ticketing system and in-person
Handle 10–60 support interactions per day
Participate in a 3–4-week training program
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of customer service experience
1-3 years of IT experience including hardware management and networking concepts
1-3 years of customer service experience with strong communication skills
Experience with Windows operating systems
Basic troubleshooting experience with printers
Friendly and approachable demeanor
The ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule
Preferred
IT certifications or degrees preferred but not required
VPN Experience Preferred
