Responsibilities
Managing the full revenue cycle process, including claim submissions, payments, denials and appeals, payor follow-ups, patient billing and collections, payment posting, coding compliance, and reporting
Working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance, minimize denials, and accelerate cash flow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing in dermatology
Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets)
Demonstrated experience with practice management systems, billing platforms, and clearinghouse solutions
Required experience with Nextech
Preferred
Certification in coding and billing by an accredited institution
Preferred experience with Trizetto
