The Development Director will oversee the organization’s fundraising initiatives and coordinate philanthropic campaigns to support the organization’s mission.

Oversee the organization’s fundraising initiatives, including planned and annual giving programs
Coordinate philanthropic campaigns to support the organization’s mission
Cultivating relationships with donors
Managing the fundraising budget
Leading donor solicitation efforts
Analyzing the effectiveness of development strategies
Collaborating with other departments to align fundraising goals with organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Planned Giving and Annual Giving strategies
Experience in Philanthropy and building donor relationships
Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning for fundraising campaigns
Demonstrated success in managing Fundraising initiatives and achieving targets
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with team members
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM tools and fundraising software is a plus
