Responsibilities
Overseeing project management processes from initiation to completion
Expediting tasks to meet deadlines
Coordinating logistics
Conducting project inspections
Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards
Managing risks
Solving any operational challenges
Maintaining effective communication throughout the project life cycle
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in expediting processes, expeditor tasks, and ensuring project timelines are met
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and risk management skills
Experience in conducting inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Knowledge and skills in logistics management to ensure efficient resource allocation and scheduling
Exceptional organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Ability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX, and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
Preferred
Experience in tile or construction industries and familiarity with industry standards are considered assets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent background in a relevant field is preferred / But can be substituted with a Certified Tile Installer (CTI) accreditation, or other relates instruction from the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation / National Tile Contractors Association
