Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Program Manager and PMO to uphold the program vision, priorities, and strategic roadmap
Monitor progress on critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives
Maintain key program deliverables, including PMO agendas and follow-ups, program plans, monthly status reviews, and RAID logs
Assist in developing and managing program governance frameworks, utilizing templates, toolkits, and standardized reporting protocols
Draft and prepare leadership readouts, status updates, and escalation reports for review and feedback
Organize and support governance meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items to ensure accountability
Participate in program meetings to ensure key updates and issues are promptly communicated to leadership
Coordinate and oversee project activities, timelines, and deliverables within the program to ensure successful execution
Support project leads with task tracking, progress reporting, and resource coordination
Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks or issues, escalating to the Program Manager when necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring accessibility for all relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
5+ years in program or project management, preferably in technology, Real Estate, or asset management domains
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in program governance and risk management frameworks
