Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst
JSR Tech Consulting is seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst to support a large technology program at a major investment firm. The role involves collaborating with program management to ensure alignment with organizational strategy, maintaining PMO artifacts, and supporting governance and project management activities.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Program Manager and PMO to support the program vision, priorities, and strategic roadmap
Monitor progress across critical initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives
Maintain key PMO artifacts and deliverables, including:
Program plans
PMO agendas and follow-ups
Monthly status reports
RAID logs
Assist in developing and managing program governance frameworks using standardized templates, toolkits, and reporting protocols
Draft and prepare leadership-facing materials, including status updates, readouts, and escalation summaries
Organize and support governance and program meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up on action items
Participate in program forums to ensure key updates, risks, and issues are clearly communicated to leadership
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams within the program
Support project leads with task tracking, progress reporting, and resource coordination
Identify, assess, and help mitigate risks and issues, escalating to the Program Manager as appropriate
Maintain accurate, up-to-date project and program documentation accessible to all stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within technology, asset management, or real estate domains
Experience supporting large, cross-functional programs, particularly those involving internally built technology platforms and coordination across multiple business groups
Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-facing materials
Experience working within PMO governance structures, including risk, issue, and dependency management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
