Own the roadmap for Osano’s platform services, from strategy to delivery

Partner with product managers across Osano to understand their needs and ensure platform components support multiple product use cases

Collaborate with engineering and design to ship reliable, extensible platform features at pace

Define requirements for shared services such as workflow engines, webhooks, notifications, core APIs, and cross-product AI agents

Engage with B2B customers to validate platform functionality and surface new opportunities

Establish clear success metrics, ensure platform adoption, and drive continuous improvement
