Responsibilities
Oversees, plans and facilitates educational events and programs
Upholds quality oversight for the specified program through data maintenance and/or assessment of KPIs
Ensures consistent and timely communication of notifications and events
Assists with marketing of the program, in-services and educational events and other programs as assigned
May assist with special projects associated with the specified program
Performs other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of related experience
OR 3 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals
Excellent organizational skills and ability to be detailed oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously while working under minimal supervision
Ability to work before or after regular work hours
