Responsibilities
Provide daily individual leads to sales representatives
Support sales representatives before, during, and after the sale
Implement a commission structure designed for long-term income
Offer bonus incentives for performance and consistency
Protect the reputation of the company with homeowners through communication support
Mentor inexperienced sales representatives through their first 100k in deals
Conduct training sessions for new sales representatives on various topics
Supervise job installations and inspections
Assist in lead generation and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Experience in roofing sales or project management (for experienced reps)
Ability to generate leads and follow up effectively
Willingness to participate in training and mentorship programs (for inexperienced reps)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to handle inspections and adjuster meetings
Willingness to engage in door knocking and outreach activities
Benefits
$1,000 draws instead of $500 for the first 30 days of deals turned in
$175k in commission earn = $1,500 car allowance monthly for the next 12 months.
Mentorship Program — you earn 5% overhead on anyone you hire and train on their first 100k in sales
