Qualification
Required
Experience as a Loan Officer or in the Mortgage Industry with a strong understanding of Mortgage Lending
Familiarity with Underwriting processes and policies related to mortgage lending
Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and sustain client relationships
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Proficient in financial analysis and credit assessment
Knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Active NMLS license in good standing
Preferred
Relevant certifications or licensure in mortgage lending are preferred
