Sales Manager
WMP Eyewear is dedicated to creating high-quality, affordable eyewear accessible to everyone. They are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue generation and market expansion by acquiring new wholesale accounts and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Responsibilities
Research and identify new wholesale client opportunities
Conduct calls and set up meetings with potential clients to acquire new accounts
Negotiating agreements and closing contracts
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and analyses to management
Track sales metrics, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement
Use CRM software to manage and record all sales activities and client interactions
Represent our brand at various trade shows, exhibitions, and events
Network with potential clients and industry professionals to generate new leads
Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals
Communicate client feedback and market trends to internal teams for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of wholesale sales experience including prior experience in fashion & accessories preferred
Motivated team player with proven sales ability to meet and exceed specified sales targets
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Competitive spirit with a desire to grow both personally and professionally
Exudes a positive, energetic, and can-do anything attitude
Displays honest and committed character
