Business Development and Sales Representative
Tierwest is expanding into the Phoenix market and is seeking Business Development and Sales Representatives to support B2B growth campaigns. The role involves identifying new business opportunities and engaging with decision-makers to acquire new business customers through in-person sales activities.
Responsibilities
Engaging with local businesses to introduce relevant telecom solutions
Identifying potential opportunities through needs-based conversations
Explaining business services, pricing structures, and onboarding processes clearly
Supporting the sales process from initial discussion through to completed agreement
Maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes
Working toward agreed performance goals while maintaining a professional, consultative approach
Qualification
Required

Confident communicating with businesses
Interest in developing long-term skills in business development and sales
Ability to engage with local businesses to introduce relevant telecom solutions
