Bookkeeper
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead Bookkeeper, owning full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
Coordinate payroll through a third‑party payroll provider
Manage invoicing, vendor payments, expense tracking, and general cash operations
Assist with basic financial reporting and collaborate with external accounting partners
Support administrative and office operations, including recordkeeping and vendor coordination
Provide light HR and onboarding support as needed
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of hands-on experience in a Bookkeeper or similar accounting role
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Comfortable operating in a small, lean environment with broad responsibility
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting payroll processes and HRIS systems
Prior exposure to office administration or operations support
Experience working in a growing or entrepreneurial company
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
