This role will drive and organize critical strategic initiatives, focusing on onboarding processes and data-sharing partnerships, while transitioning day-to-day responsibilities to internal staff.

Responsibilities
Develop a streamlined, scalable onboarding model to reduce connection time, establish measurable success metrics, and incorporate supporting technologies
Initiate and lead the development of a shared data strategy with the SHP, expand provider connections, and set up use cases such as care management, population health, and quality measurement
Provide strategic planning and policy analysis for emerging priorities, ensuring a smooth transition to internal teams once foundational work is complete
Align internal cross-functional teams, consultants, and vendors to meet initiative goals, while ensuring ongoing stakeholder communication and visibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Policy, Information Systems, or related field is required
Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder health IT or policy projects from concept through execution (7+ years)
Deep understanding of Health Information Exchange (HIE), EHR integration, healthcare data standards, and privacy/security regulations (7+ years)
Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and consensus-building across diverse stakeholder groups (7+ years)
