Sales Manager (electrical distribution and OEM sales exp.)
Resiliency LLC is one of Northern Indiana’s largest independent electrical distributors, and they are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale their sales operations. The role involves overseeing sales teams, analyzing sales data, supporting team development, and coordinating efforts across business units.

Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Oversee inside and outside sales teams, including OEM-focused reps and emerging business units (e.g., robotics, wire spool, servo motors)
Performance Monitoring: Analyze activity and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; report findings to leadership
Team Development: Support reps with situational guidance, communication strategies, and customer service best practices
Cross-Unit Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts across business units with shared commission structures and aligned goals
Process Visibility: Maintain a clear understanding of how different sales processes interact and contribute to overall performance
Technology Integration: Leverage advanced tools including NetSuite CRM, AI-enhanced Outlook integrations, and internal order systems to streamline workflows
Qualification
Required
