The Head of Remediation Research will lead a high-performing team, blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution to deliver world-class remediation outcomes and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the Remediation Research team through a blend of strategic direction and hands-on technical work
Roll up your sleeves to support and resolve escalations, troubleshooting complex customer challenges directly
Allocate workloads effectively, ensuring smooth daily operations across research, triage, and investigation
Guide customers through complex cloud security workflows and remediation steps
Lead weekly/bi-weekly customer sessions focused on measurable remediation outcomes
Manage post-sales technical communication and deliver QBRs
Build a culture grounded in technical depth, curiosity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Provide a continuous stream of remediation insights, patterns, and improvement opportunities to Product & Engineering
Validate remediation logic, edge cases, and decision flows to ensure accuracy and scale
Influence and contribute to new feature development based on frontline findings
Build and refine automation playbooks, pipelines, and frameworks
Conduct deep investigations into cloud security findings and help define how remediation scales for customers
Qualification
Required
Practitioner-level background in cloud security, SOC, IR, DevSecOps, or detection engineering
Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP architectures and remediation patterns
Ability to contribute to automation (Python, IaC, CI/CD, serverless technologies)
Proven experience leading technical teams and scaling operational processes
Excellent communication skills with comfort in customer-facing technical conversations
A hands-on, 'let's figure this out' leadership style — combining technical depth with the ability to guide, mentor, and build
Preferred
experience with CNAPP platforms (Wiz, Cyera, CrowdStrike, etc.)
