Leading Workforce Experience Efforts—create guidelines and principles that foster unity and positive employee experiences

Building Capability—help leaders and teams grow through meaningful experiences and tools

Defining Direction—develop and articulate strategies for employee engagement and recognition programs

Counseling Together—collaborate across departments, inviting input and building alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field

6+ years of experience in organizational talent management or related areas

Proven ability to consult, collaborate, and drive people programs that add value

Ability to Counsel Together, Build Capability, and organize the Work effectively

Preferred

Master's degree in a related field

Experience with competency models, development frameworks, and change management

Knowledge of learning and development best practices

Certifications in coaching, performance management, or strategic talent development
