They are seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to architect the foundation of their outbound sales engine and work closely with leadership to refine strategies and messaging.

Responsibilities
Execute cold outbound outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn
Actively test messaging and provide feedback on what resonates and what does not
Help leadership intentionally and intelligently write and input messaging into Salesforce
Book qualified conversations with Account Executives and help prepare for them
Maintain clean CRM hygiene and improve upon current systems as we evolve
Collaborate with leadership on improving the sales organization for you and the team
Qualification
Required

Understands that commission-only roles trade short-term hustle for long-term security
Cares about quality conversations and relationship building, not spray and pray volume
A minimum of 50 Accounts a week must be contacted to maintain Founding SDR status
