Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation and xP&A initiatives
Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource forecasting
Drive execution across cross-functional global teams and external vendors
Monitor project performance and proactively resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
Own stakeholder communication across finance leadership, IT, and senior management
Ensure quality of all project deliverables (design, testing, training, documentation)
Track and report KPIs, milestones, ROI metrics, and overall program health
Maintain detailed documentation including project plans, risks, issues, and decisions
Support organizational change management and adoption of new planning processes
Provide leadership and guidance to junior project managers as needed
Qualification
Required
6+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience leading SAP programs or large ERP / analytics implementations
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Experience working with finance stakeholders (FP&A, accounting, planning, reporting)
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Excellent stakeholder communication and executive presence
Preferred
Direct experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Experience with planning, forecasting, budgeting, or extended planning (xP&A) initiatives
Consulting background
Experience using Smartsheet and/or Planview
