Accounting Clerk and HR Operations Coordinator
Confidential company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk and HR Operations Coordinator to support their construction operations. This role involves accurate billing, job setup, and handling core HR administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Time & Material (T&M) billing
Small contract billing
Accounts Receivable follow-up and collections
Job setup in accounting/ERP system
Manage applicable tax exemptions
Set up and terminate employees
Process new hire paperwork (I-9, W-4, state forms)
Maintain employee records
Support initial project setup
Serve as liaison between Accounting and Project Managers
Provide accounting and administrative support to office and field staff
Open and distribute mail; maintain organized records
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working in a construction or project-based environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Organized, dependable, and deadline-oriented
Experience with accounting or ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Experience in billing and A/R
Experience with billing and HR administration required
Preferred
Familiarity with job costing preferred
Construction or project-based accounting experience strongly preferred
