Lead project teams on all technical aspects of projects
Partner with engineering teams to build and support real-time, highly available data pipelines
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements
Perform root cause analysis to identify permanent resolutions for software or business process issues
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for our organization on W2
Proven experience in leading and reviewing design artifacts to ensure technical and business alignment
Strong ability to translate strategic requirements into actionable business requirements
Expertise in building automation and monitoring frameworks for data pipeline quality
Experience in building infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data using big data technologies
Preferred
Experience in executing proof of concept on new technologies and tools
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Experience in defining and implementing data governance and retention policies
