Serve as the main point of contact for resolving daily employee and customer issues

Adjust for employee call-outs, shift work priorities, and monitor staff scheduling

Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure consistent quality from Customer Service Attendants

Interface with vendors for scheduling goods and services

Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance

Support the Site Manager in fixing unexpected equipment or system failures

Train and coach site employees using the Breeze Thru Training and Coaching Models

Perform Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed

Attend daily maintenance calls and other assigned meetings
