They are seeking a Senior Business Development Director to lead strategic enterprise growth for their AI and GenAI portfolio, focusing on acquiring new business and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities
Own strategic new logo acquisition across Michigan-based mid-market and enterprise customers
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving AI platforms, GenAI agents, and enterprise AI services
Build and sustain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and VPs of Engineering
Position Sanciti AI as a core enterprise AI platform across SDLC automation and testing ecosystems
Orchestrate internal stakeholders (pre-sales, product, delivery, executive leadership) to close transformational deals
Develop account entry strategies, whitespace analysis, and long-term expansion plans
Meet or exceed aggressive annual quota targets with disciplined forecasting
Mentor mid-level business development professionals and contribute to Michigan go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of enterprise new business development experience in AI, IT services, or SaaS platforms
Demonstrated track record of closing $1M–$10M+ deals
Strong understanding of GenAI, agentic AI, SDLC automation, and AI-driven testing
Executive presence with the ability to sell vision, value, and outcomes
Preferred
Experience selling proprietary platforms or IP-led services strongly preferred
Established Michigan enterprise relationships are a strong advantage
