HyerTek is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Analyst to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations for federal government clients. This role involves leading functional design and configuration across core financial processes and engaging with client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Lead functional design and configuration across General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, and Procurement and Sourcing
Facilitate business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with client teams
Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
Support the full Dynamics 365 Finance lifecycle, including configuration, integration support, testing, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and security considerations
Leverage Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps to manage delivery artifacts and track issues
Communicate risks, findings, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
Ensure solution quality, data integrity, and compliance with federal accounting standards

Required

5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience or equivalent ERP delivery experience
Proven track record delivering full-lifecycle D365 Finance or Business Central projects
Strong functional expertise across core finance modules, including GL, COA, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash/Bank Management, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to lead solution design and translate requirements into functional configurations
Experience engaging director- and executive-level stakeholders with clear communication
Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310)
Experience supporting grants management, funding management, or government financial operations
Familiarity with federal accounting principles such as fund accounting, appropriations, and obligation tracking
Prior consulting experience in a professional services environment
