Responsibilities
Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an internal Client’s Research portfolio management tool
Partner closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure timely feature delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to gather business needs, define priorities, and align on roadmap goals
Develop and maintain product documentation, requirements, and backlogs, ensuring smooth project execution and progress tracking
Contribute directly to UX and design deliverables — including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes — leveraging tools such as Figma
Apply design thinking and design principles to enhance usability and user experience for internal users
Support product decisions that integrate AI and machine learning features into internal workflows and tools
Manage day-to-day communication with engineers, clarify functional specs, and provide feedback on implementation progress
Communicate updates, metrics, and progress to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of Product Management experience in a technology or R&D environment
Strong background in UX design or product design collaboration, including experience producing wireframes, mocks, or clickable prototypes
Proven experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle—from requirements definition through launch and iteration
Hands-on experience with Figma and familiarity with Design systems
Understanding of AI concepts and their application to products/workflows
Experience working with or supporting internal tools (enterprise or R&D-focused) preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment
Experience within large-scale tech/R&D organizations strongly preferred

Background in AI product management or research tool development
