Windows AI Self-host Technician
Cynet Systems is seeking a Windows AI Self-host Technician to manage and troubleshoot Windows OS images on self-host devices. The role involves integrating drivers and applications into custom OS images and executing various device testing protocols.

Responsibilities
Install and manage Windows OS images on selfhost devices
Retrieve and validate early Windows OS builds for testing
Integrate drivers, BIOS, firmware, and applications into custom OS images
Create and manipulate Windows images using DISM and WinPE
Manage Windows Driver Store and migrate required drivers
Generate basic PowerShell scripts for automation
Provision storage devices and manage disk configurations
Execute test plans including video, audio, network, USB, sleep, hibernate, and reboot testing
Perform ad hoc testing to reproduce and troubleshoot failures
Prepare devices for demonstrations with specialized hardware and software configurations
Troubleshoot devices across campus and support device replacement activities
Assemble hardware components and bring systems to operational state
Flash firmware and SPI components following documented procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS
Debugging and issue troubleshooting experience
Experience creating and managing Windows OS images
Experience working in lab or device testing environments
Experience using DISM and WinPE for OS image creation and customization
Experience with scripting using PowerShell
Experience managing Windows drivers, BIOS, and firmware updates
Experience assembling and configuring laptops and desktop systems
