This newly created role is designed to streamline and oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between teams.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of installation projects for major accounts, from initial planning through completion
Source and coordinate contractors for construction-related needs (e.g., concrete, electrical) and ensure competitive, cost-effective bids
Track project progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders updated
Build and maintain relationships with installers and contractors nationwide
Serve as backup for the Parts Administrator by processing orders, verifying warranties, and coordinating shipments

Qualification

Project CoordinationMicrosoft OfficeOrganizational SkillsManufacturing ExperienceCommunication Skills

Required

Background in construction project coordination, administration, or related role
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or purchasing is a plus
