The role requires collaboration with multiple teams, production support experience, and the ability to lead and implement process improvements in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
Should have around 8-10 years of Experience on Manhattan WMOS platform versions preferably on version 2018 OR higher
Should have technical experience in PLSQL, Unix Scripting and preferable experience in SCI Cognos Reporting , LMS Configurations ,WCS
Must have knowledge and expertise on end-to-end warehouse operations and warehouse management system
Need to collaborate with multiple teams from /customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions
Should have Excellent communication skills
Should have reasonably good production support experience and should have led critical outage and service degradation calls and should have driven end to end solutions
Should have experience working in Onsite / Offshore model
Should lead and drive permanent resolution of all production support issues
Should have experience in suggesting and implementing process improvements, automations to optimize warehouse operations
Should have good interpersonal skills
