Required
5+years extensive acute care clinical experience
Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D)
Retail experience
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision within established policy
Applicant must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Travelers perm address must be included in profile
BLS
Massachusetts
MA license must be in hand upon submission
Preferred
Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology
Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification
