Responsibilities

Manage the upload and publishing of an average of 300+ YouTube videos per month across our 4 channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to platform best practices
Coordinate and track YouTube video requests from global regions through JIRA, ensuring all requests are completed efficiently and on schedule
Navigate the YouTube Studio interface with proficiency to manage large volumes of content
Apply YouTube SEO and optimization strategy to enhance discoverability and performance
Work with video content in 20+ languages, applying region-specific metadata templates to ensure content relevance and localization
Design and deliver engaging thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop, maintaining brand consistency and performance standards
Use Sprinklr to schedule YouTube videos for public or private release, across different timezones ensuring accuracy
Monitor and manage video expiration dates in accordance with regional requirements, licensing restrictions, or campaign timelines

Required

Proven experience managing YouTube channels or digital video publishing workflows
Strong understanding of YouTube platform best practices, analytics, and SEO
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic design and thumbnail creation
Experience working in JIRA or similar project management tools
Comfort working with multilingual content and applying localization standards
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including experience handling high-volume workflows and managing video content lifecycles (e.g., tracking expiration dates)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience using Sprinklr or similar content management platforms to schedule and publish video content across global time zones and channels

Preferred

Experience working in a global, multi-region environment
English
Familiarity with digital asset management systems or content management platforms
Knowledge of YouTube compliance policies and copyright practices
