Responsibilities
Lead and manage major projects with a hands-on approach
Engage with business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
Collaborate effectively with local and remote co-workers in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Prior banking experience is required
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups. Candidates will be tested on these skills
Background or education in technology, including a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with the software development lifecycle
Management consulting background or history of solving unique challenges in managing large programs
Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations to senior leaders
Preferred
Experience in providing leadership in a matrix organization involving skilled architects, engineers, and business partners
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on a W2 basis
