Responsibilities

Cultivate a guest-obsessed environment, ensuring exceptional service in specialty areas (Beauty, Style, Tech, Home) and meeting sales targets
Recruit, develop, coach, and evaluate hourly team members, focusing on selling skills and building expertise
Plan and execute daily/weekly workloads, including planogram updates, visual merchandising, and maintaining product availability (pulling, filling)
Understand department sales trends, inventory, pricing, and promotions to drive results
Lead daily tasks, prioritize workload, and support store-wide initiatives like Order Pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU)
Lead teams in Beauty, Style, Electronics, Home, and Baby
Develop and implement sales strategies
Conduct daily/weekly planning for your departments
Train and mentor team members on guest service and product knowledge
Manage daily operations like setting displays and pushing freight
