Responsibilities
Track, Trace, and Update the Status of Incoming and Outgoing Shipments: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; help to maintain shipping and warehouse supplies
Manage the Shipment and Receipt of All Products, Materials, and Supplies: Collaborate and communicate with test equipment team, logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
Promptly Unload Trucks and Deliveries and Sort and Stock Receivables: Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order
Store, Manage, and Track Company Inventory: Utilize inventory management software (may include barcode scanners)
Document and Manage Records of Shipped and Received Goods: Ensure all documentation is submitted to the appropriate personnel
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in shipping and receiving
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Associate's degree or High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant operations experience
3-5 years of directly relevant experience
