They are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with strong Vista ERP expertise to support this enterprise-level implementation, focusing on developing and maintaining data integrations, conversion scripts, and system interfaces between Vista ERP and Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy data conversion scripts, system integrations, and interfaces to support the transition from Vista ERP to Oracle Fusion
Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure data integrity and seamless migration across systems
Support post-migration activities including validation, troubleshooting, and reporting enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation, reporting, and system optimization initiatives
Contribute to additional internal projects such as custom W2 reporting scripts and payroll support enhancements
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Certified Vista ERP Professional with hands-on implementation or integration experience
Proven background in data conversion, scripting, and interface development between ERP systems
Strong understanding of enterprise data structures and integration methodologies
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliverables
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience working for or with Viewpoint or Business Information Group (BIG)
Exposure to Oracle Fusion or other modern ERP migration projects
Familiarity with construction or energy sector enterprise systems
Experience developing automation or dashboards for financial or payroll systems
