Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience in discovery and complex motion practice
Extensive experience in automotive-related litigation or other comparable products liability or class action defense
Experience handling large dockets across multiple jurisdictions
Strong client interaction skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to prioritize client service
Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
Familiarity with federal and state court practice
Admission to the Michigan Bar
