National Account Manager - Walmart/Sam's Club (Remote)

Litehouse is seeking a full-time National Account Manager - Walmart/Sam's Club to join our team. In this role, you will own relationships with Litehouse's most strategic customers, driving profitable growth, strengthening partnerships, and uncovering new opportunities while managing complex national accounts.

Responsibilities

Own the customer strategy and relationship with national retail partners, ensuring alignment to sales, margin, and profitability goals (POS, Gross Sales, Net Revenue, Margin, NOI)
Develop and execute customer business plans, including sales objectives, promotions, advertising, and assortment strategies
Build strong relationships across retail organizations, including buying, merchandising, marketing, operations, logistics, and senior leadership
Lead forecasting and planning in partnership with Demand Planning, ensuring accurate projections and timely issue resolution
Use market, category, and consumer data to identify growth opportunities and strengthen category leadership
Serve as the brand expert, supporting retailer digital strategies and ensuring consistent execution
Monitor performance, adjust plans as needed, and proactively manage risks and opportunities
Manage complexity across multiple priorities, timelines, data sources, and internal/external stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in CPG food sales
5-7 years managing national accounts with Walmart and Sam's Club
Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage complex product portfolios and senior-level client relationships
High level of autonomy, organization, and accountability
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Circana (IRI), Retail Link, and MADRID

Preferred

Private Label experience is a plus
