Salesforce Developer
The Worksphere is a leading provider of Salesforce and enterprise CRM solutions, specializing in delivering high-impact technology projects for public sector organizations. They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform with a strong focus on Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio
Build and configure OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
Develop and optimize custom Salesforce functionality using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and REST/SOAP APIs
Extend and manage the Salesforce data model through custom objects, fields, relationships, and metadata
Create and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and reusable components
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and secure coding standards
Support data migration and system integrations, including data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting
Assist with deployment planning and execution using source control and CI/CD pipelines
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated project success
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security framework
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
Experience working in Agile development environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a distributed, cross-functional team
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant
Preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows
Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiences
Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients
Willingness to maintain existing certifications and obtain additional Salesforce certifications as needed
