Responsibilities
Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Match PO and receiving documents to vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies
Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor files
Prepare and process vendor payments and remittance statements
Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
Provide support to other accounting functions, assist with month-end close
Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and implement best practices
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Accounts Payable
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and business systems
High attention to detail
Organized with strong time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Self-initiative, desire to learn and take on new challenges
