Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued members, delivering exceptional banking services with professionalism and courtesy

Act as a vital liaison between members and other Credit Union staff

Effectively communicate and address member needs to enhance the overall experience and satisfaction

Strengthen the Credit Union's brand and image by consistently conducting yourself in a friendly, positive manner that reflects our core values of integrity and excellence

Qualification

Customer service experienceCash handling experienceMicrosoft Office proficiency10-key data entryHigh school diplomaGED

Prior customer service experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
