Proficiency in Sales and the ability to develop relationships, drive revenue growth, and implement business development strategies
Demonstrated leadership skills, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making ability in high-pressure environments
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration within the organization and with external stakeholders
Proven track record of experience in a senior management role; experience in leading organizations, navigating challenges, and achieving business success is expected
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is strongly preferred
