Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, coordinating services, and fostering strong tenant relationships
Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, rent collections, and reporting to ensure accurate and efficient property operations
Oversee vendor contracts, track service delivery, and ensure compliance with property standards and safety requirements
Support day-to-day property operations including maintenance requests, inspections, and compliance with building policies and procedures

Qualification

Property management experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteProperty management softwareCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Minimum of 2–3 years as a Property Administrator
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred

Retail property experience strongly preferred
