Responsibilities

Manage the CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities. Drive daily follow-up activity, mine service drive leads, and analyze closing ratios across all channels

Set sales goals, coach team members through one-on-ones, and provide regular feedback. Identify training needs and implement development plans to boost productivity

Monitor performance in new vehicle sales, accessories, and F&I. Work closely with the finance team to maximize deal profitability and achieve monthly and SFE targets

Manage new car inventory mix, reduce aged units, and coordinate dealer trades. Ensure online listings are accurate and competitive, and align OEM orders with market demand

Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns, events, and promotions that drive traffic. Track results and maintain a strong online reputation

Ensure a smooth sales process and resolve any escalations. Monitor CSI scores and implement process improvements to exceed customer expectations

Recruit, train, and support a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
