The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling nursing and residential staff, tracking attendance, and performing administrative duties to support management.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination and scheduling for the nursing and residential department which includes Nursing Supervisors, Registered Nurses, Shift Supervisors, Lead Mental Health Technicians and Mental Health Technicians
Track attendance, PTO, overtime and missed punches
Organize and maintain records and logs related to work schedules
Perform administrative duties to support the Manager of Residential Services and Director of Nursing
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent required
Must have strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly, work pro-actively and collaborate within a team
May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours
Background: Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening to work in Healthcare (AHCA) and Pre-employment Drug Test
Preferred
College Degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year Staffing Scheduling Coordinator experience with scheduling staff work schedules preferred
Prior experience with UKG scheduler preferred
Previous experience in hospital/behavioral health/mental health/human services preferred
